This Study Guide will provide you with a better understanding of the nature and format of questions that will appear on the NFSI. You will be tested on eight separate cognitive abilities and three personality attributes. A definition of each of these areas and an explanation of how they apply to the job of an entry-level firefighter will be given in this guide. In addition, sample test questions are also provided in each area to give you a good idea of the types of questions to expect.
