San Jose Fire Department is proposing administrative citation fines for violations of fire safety and fire prevention provisions of the Municipal Code. These fines are only proposed fines and have not been approved by City Council and could change based upon further analysis and recommendation by Council.

Presentations

SJFD Presentation Programs are currently booked through November 15, 2009 and we are no longer accepting applications at this time.

The Public Education staff will meet with your school, community organization or other group to present one of several programs, including Fire & Life Safety, community awareness, fire station tours, and others. Download and complete the Public Education Request form ( .pdf 107kb), then mail or fax your request to the Public Education offices at least 21 days prior to the event.
